Booking terms
The conditions that apply to bookings made directly with Dimora Murat, through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp.
1. The property
Dimora Murat is a holiday studio apartment at Via De Rossi 98, 70122 Bari, Italy. National identification code (CIN): IT072006C200106527. Managed by Edda Cervini.
2. Request and confirmation
A request sent through the website is not yet a booking. We reply by email or WhatsApp to confirm availability and price. Your booking is confirmed once we receive payment, within the time stated in our confirmation message. Until then the dates remain available on other channels.
3. Price and payment
The price shown on the website includes the stay, any extra bed and the City of Bari tourist tax (€2 per person per night, up to 4 nights). Full payment is required in advance, by PayPal payment link (credit and debit cards accepted) or by bank transfer.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at no extra cost up to 24 hours before check-in. After that, cancellation is no longer free of charge.
Any refund is made using the same method as the original payment.
5. Arrival and departure
Self check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 9:30. Minimum stay 2 nights.
6. Identity documents
As required by Italian law, before arrival we ask for the details of a valid identity document for every guest, which we report to the public security authorities.
7. Guests and house rules
- The studio sleeps up to 3 people, with an extra bed for the third guest, free for children under 10.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please respect the neighbours’ rest and leave the studio tidy.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
