How we use the data you send us through this website, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect
When you send a booking request: your full name, email, phone number, country (optional), dates, number of guests, expected arrival time and any message. Before arrival we also ask for the identity document details of all guests.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and manage your booking (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- For legal obligations: reporting guests to the public security authorities, tourist tax and tax requirements (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking data is kept for as long as tax and legal obligations require.
Who processes it on our behalf
- Web3Forms, which delivers requests sent through the form by email.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website.
- Google, for the website fonts (Google Fonts), which are downloaded from Google’s servers, and for the map, which only loads if you open it.
- PayPal or your bank, for payment.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object, by writing to eddacervi@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools, and it does not store information on your device. If you choose to open the Google map, Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
